During the planning stage, we will discuss the vision you have for your stationery, the style, colours and any other requirements.

At the end of this stage, we will have agreed on the items you require, budget and timeline.

This stage usually takes around a week.

Design concepting

Once the order is confirmed and you have the stationery copy, we will proceed with design concepting stage which involves me preparing all the personalised calligraphy and illustration elements to produce the master suite. Images of this will be provided for your review and we can go through up to 2x rounds of amends if required. 

At the end of this stage, we will have an approved master suite and your full order can be prepped.

This stage usually lasts around a week depending on your availability to review and provide feedback.

Design roll-out

During this stage I will have my head down preparing your stationery. Once it's all ready, it will be carefully packaged for shipping and I will confirm when the order is on it's way to you. 

Your order is prepared in 1-2 weeks depending on the quantity required.


The parcel will reach you as per the delivery terms agreed start of the project. 


Standard payment terms unless agreed otherwise are:

- 50% upon commission to secure time in my schedule or 100% if minimum design fee applies
- 50% upon design approval
